User Service Agreement
Important Notice
This User Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you and us regarding access to and use of DeepSCRM.
Please read this Agreement carefully before registration and use. If you disagree, please stop using DeepSCRM. By registering or using this service, you accept all terms of this Agreement.
1. Account Registration and Use
- After completing the registration steps shown on the page, you become an official DeepSCRM user. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
- You understand and agree that DeepSCRM provides SCRM and communication management tools, and you are responsible for all actions under your account, including any imported or transmitted data.
- You are responsible for the authenticity, legality, and validity of information transmitted through DeepSCRM. User-generated content does not represent our company's views.
2. Service Rules and Violation Handling
- If the basic information you provide is false, inaccurate, or used to publish illegal content, we may suspend or terminate your access.
- If you object to account suspension, termination, or reclaiming, you may appeal via our official support email.
- You may not use DeepSCRM to create, upload, publish, or distribute content prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.
- For violations, we may take necessary measures including removing content, restricting features, suspending, or terminating services.
3. Child Privacy / Minor Protection
Our services are intended for enterprise and adult professional users. We do not knowingly provide services to minors under 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction), and we do not intentionally collect minors' personal data.
4. Data Backup and Service Changes
- To reduce data loss risks, DeepSCRM may provide basic backup and cloud synchronization. With your authorization, data may be encrypted and uploaded to secure servers for recovery services.
- DeepSCRM reserves the right to change, suspend, limit, or terminate all or part of services with reasonable notice due to business, technical, or policy reasons.
5. Notice and Contact
When registering, you should provide valid contact information (including email). We may deliver notices and policy updates via official email, which are deemed delivered once sent.
